In this lecture, I'd like to correct some misconceptions regarding the concept of deterritorialization as it features in the work of Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari. To do this, we will be contextualizing their theory with some of the work of Friedrich Nietzsche in "Thus Spoke Zarathustra", as well as close-reading some passages in Deleuze and Guattari's "A Thousand Plateaus". Enjoy!

I think when people attempt to 'be schizo' it is often nothing more then them embodying the stereotypes of the disorder they have encountered in popular media and on the most vile nazi riddled corners of the internet (e.g. 4chan).
I personally think D+G can be read and interpreted very productively in the light of actual schizophrenia, and of related disorders (though i dislike that word) , but not by people who don't have some close relation to this disorder.
