I love jelly! Spread on bread, toast, cake, ice cream, sometimes even plain if I want a sweet treat... lol

But let's face it, those 100% fruit jelly we find in the market are pretty expensive, right? I ran a poll on my Instagram, and people responded that they can buy it for R$17.00 on sale, but others pay up to R$40.00 depending on the state they live in. So today I'm going to show you how easy it is to make your own jelly at home!

Sugar-Free Jam

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon chia seeds (24g)

1 cup 100% grape juice (you can use red or white; white is usually sweeter, but it's harder to find and more expensive).

6 cups chopped fruit (800g) - I made it with frozen berries and strawberries, as the flavor I buy most is berries.

2 apples (177g)

Preparation: Press play 😉

Preparation time: 40 minutes | Yield: 4 230g jars

Nutritional information per jar: Calories: 177kcal | Protein: 3g | Fat: 3g | Carbohydrates: 37g | Fiber: 7g

Shelf life: 4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 60 days.

Usual Measurements: 1 cup = 240ml | 1/2 cup = 120ml | 1/3 cup = 80ml | 1/4 cup = 60ml | 1 tablespoon = 15ml | 1 dessert spoon = 5ml | 1 teaspoon = 2.5ml | 1 teaspoon = 1.25ml
