We've made some major upgrades to our custom-built, 3D-printed 100cc two-stroke race bike! With a completely new look and changes to the engine, we're chasing more power and putting the TST100 back to the test on the dyno and racetrack.
The TST100 is our home-built 100cc parallel-twin two-stroke race bike, featuring custom-designed 3D-printed aluminium crankcases, electronic fuel injection and a host of bespoke components.

P.s. any chance you can bore out the problematic gear (if it's the same as it was in previous videos), sleeve it along with the gearbox shaft (to avoid exposing softer steel beneath the hardened surface) and fit a needle bearing between the two sleeves?
