Shota was simply trying to look good by clinging to his numbers.  He didn’t understand that his approach broke trust.  He could t explain his reasoning when asked about the recycling methods for the materials he chose for production.  Sad.

3:21 talking trash that night was also one of the track record in which you unfortunately damage your own image😅

Talking negatively about how a company handles its business by saying how slow and plain they are is supposed to be a joke, Shota?

See...this is exacty why one should behave themselves at all times even in public.  Because you really never know who's watcing or listening.

Heartless rude coworker, how utterly shameless

To be honest though, Nagisa should've just fired Shota right at the beginning, then that commotion near the end of the story wouldn't have happened. And even then, in the end, dude only got transferred, he got off too easy.

Knowing Shota's attitude, I'm surprised he was taken on by that company in the first place...

Talking about the impact… what impact? The impact that comes from being seen as a fraud? Losing business? Damaging the environment?
Yeah don’t give people a second chance when you know their true colours. A mistake sure, but she hired a guy who clearly was not a good fit for the company and gave him free reign to change things without communicating with the team. That’s on her.

Keyword: "Loudmouth"

Sure, you can talk about anything that is obnoxious shota, but there are people will "took it personally" if you think about it. And that person is just your CEO that you make her tick, serves you right 😜

Shota thought that his proposal was going to work but he was wrong his ego got the best of him in the end he was severely disciplined

Shota really get what he deserve!

Shota thought he can disobeyed his superior, keiichi, just because in the past, he was keiichi superior... He even messed with nagisa and her dad value in the company just because he thought his approach was better... And good thing, nagisa dad reassigned him... Better than he messed up again as keiichi subordinate

Finally, a CEO from this channel that does not wait for the end of the video to punish the antagonist of a video.

(8:59) Story derails when your PR guy tries to make a product change that’s not through the development process.

Hideo Kojima!?

“But what about money, we need to be luxurious!”

Nope, you skilled alright, but not doing for the people.

We got a morning CEO Nagisa episode. 🥰 And she took the initiative.

Shota left a really bad impression with Nagisa at the mixer. Bro really should had been careful who he calls ugly since she could be your boss. And then she passes over the job from him to Keiichi. Then does stupid shit that goes against everything the company stood for. That got so bad, her father got involved. At least he didn't lose his job, but now has to stick in sales.

Shota:but the impact..

Bro the only impact you need is a fist to your face 😂

Shota Was WRECKED By KARMA'S WRECKING BALL OF JUSTICE. 17:51

Look...she said the antagonist was FIRED, then the antagonist should have been FIRED !
I mean: he didn't just trashtalk about the MC, but he did the same about the woman's company (and he also risked to the damage the image of the company in the end of the story).
So again...why wasn't he FIRED?!
