That Judge worked hard to be fair. The defense embarrassed themselves.

Kori just won't stop being the victim and blaming everyone but herself. The judge was fair and had exceptional patience with these buffoons.

The defense seems to have summed up their own small-minded, blame the victim, and  constantly misconstruing approach to this trial. I never saw the judge angry.  What a load of codswollup.  Still presenting a fake narrative? How much money was wasted  on the defense?

Kouri is guilty regardless of the complaints from the defense.

Judge M was one of the best judges I watched in a long time. He was professional, calm and often times was helping the incompetent defense  present a few motions. I also saw him rightfully get frustrated with both the defense and prosecution. I was impressed with how fair he was, how respectful to the defendant, and was amazed with his knowledge of the intimate details of the case…
If they are to blame anyone, they should blame themselves for resting without putting on a defense. They couldn’t find one witness to support their defense of Kouri!

I have never seen a more incompetent defense team in my life! I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I felt like they knew they were working with a guilty client, now I think that they truly believe Kouri and have bought into her BS. The way they stood around her when she did that ridiculous hour long speech that that judge allowed, which I would’ve put a stop to at 20 minutes, was wild. they’re aggressive and rude behavior towards the judge was so gross. It’s like Kouri has made herself a team of mean girls.

Nestor would of course argue that she was treated badly - she’s as narcissistic as Kouri

LOL! I can’t watch this right now but just had to comment that this judge was THE MOST fair! He put up with SO MUCH of her attorneys BS and insured she had a VERY fair trial. Kouri is such a loser!! 🙄

Nester was just pissed that there were numerous times she wanted more time to prepare. She kept attempting to claim street drugs were Rx.  She chose not to have a defence. She could have had witnesses. Nope she just was ill prepared, misrepresented facts, and chose not to defend her client.

This lady better not get a new trial and somehow get away with murder.. that would be a travesty for justice

Nestor and Lewis looked unprepared and had a questionable grasp of the law at times.   Nestor threw out objections hoping something would stick.  They cried foul, but the judge helped them many times.  Their behavior might have been slapped down by another judge.

And the judge also told the jury on numerous of times what the attorneys say in opening and closing is not evidence, if he said or did anything it’s not evidence and that they were to follow the evidence presented  to them

I watched the whole trial and thought the judge favored the defense

Kori has nothing better to do , She will just keep trying to waste tax payers money.
She has all day every day to think up these things

This defense was trying to cross outside  the scope and  this is when they were told AT SIDEBAR that  they  could  call their own witnesses if they  wished  to pose those questions! This judge was incredibly patient with  the childish tantrums these women threw.

I have rewatched each of these and frankly, I'm insulted on behalf of the Judge.  All the Defense have done is embarrass themselves - again.  The first time was in court with their incompetence.  Now they're embarrassing themselves with this childish hissy fit.
