What a special robin who gives so much joy .

I tweet back too the robin and he tweets back each time

I feed a pair of robins which I have named Mr & Mrs Noggins :)

Bob is the man. Hopefully he is still singing away somewhere.
Cheers for this.

I like to make joke that my sparrow tamed me and not other way around.  🤣🤣🤣 I am his trained feeder. 🤣🤣🤣

Great to see how close these birds can get to humans

I got friends with my robin friend by putting out food when i saw him. I also sit outside alot in the garden or beside the window so he will fly up and perch on the door handle and puff out his little chest to get my attention. Then i say okay and i crush up some cashew nuts (favourite of robins) and leave them out for him. Other birds will at the cashews too so he will come back again and tel me he needs more. Just a few minutes ago he flew into my little shed and perched on the top of my laptop screen to get my attention. Apparently in Viking folklore anyone that killed a robin would be denied entry into valhalla

This was so adorable thankyou.

I’ve been feeding a European Robin for a couple of years now, I’m pretty close to him, i feed him several times a day from my hand, but I see from your example that I can get closer still!!

My favourite bird, such beautiful and resilient creatures. I love the way they tough it out with us through the winter. My wife bought me Bob The Robin and it is the loveliest gentle book. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Such a special robin. Great to see this video again ❤

you definately inspired me to get to know, Baby Bob him/her, here in Merseyside

Such a special friendship you had ❤

I just finished reading your book “Bob the Robin” this morning. I was so moved by it 🥹❤️ Such a beautiful story and I’m so glad you told it 😊

Adorable and So Cute 💖

I remember a robin that used to sit in a bush outside our front door every morning when I was a teenager.
One day I just reached out and grabbed it when going to school.
We looked at each other both equally surprised, and I gently put it back in the bush.
It didn’t fly away, but it was silent every morning after our encounter😁

Aww he’s so cute and adorable

That's much better than robbin' a train.

HOLY-SMOKE, what a wonderful video. 😊
