Hi, my unit blinks 5 times with both source LEDs when connected to mains (which means hardware error due to the manufacturer's website) then it does only react to remote (flashes the corresponding source LED). No sound, no beeps, BT module LEDs do not lit up. What could be the problem?

Is it possible to test the power supply board stand alone? Or does it require some kind of wiring or even dismantling in the sound dock? Many thanks!!!

I have a question , mine turn on normally but the sound doesn't go out ( i plugged a bluetooth module and still not working but when i plugged my headphone  it works , so i checked the speaker and its good  so the problem is somewhere on the  board but where  idk    can anyone help me

muy buenos dias amigo, excelentes videos, felicidades, tengo un Bose SoundDock 10, que no enciende, lo desarme para ver si encontraba la falla, y lo unico que pude notar en la placa de circuitos es que el Amplificador TPA3100D2 98T CJZ2 tiene dos de sus pines quemados, es posible que este problema cause que no encienda el equipo,  si es asi, donde puedo adquirir dicho amplificador,  gracias y saludos desde Venezuela.
