Absolutely love Hugh Fraser as an actor.
Always thought he had the most aristocratic face and spoke English with such elegance.

Sharpe and Poirot. He played his roles absolutely beautifully and believably.  Each character.

Hugh Fraser - great actor 👏 absolutely lovely 🤗

Hugh Fraser - YOU are my WELLINGTON ! (Every scene with Hugh as Wellington is superb, absolutely captured the grandeur and grace of the man.)

Hugh you were bloody superb in this series, and in patriot games for that matter, what a voice and a command of the camera! Much love for you!

AH HASTINGS!!!

His Memorable lines to me is during Sharpe's Battle. "Damn his most Catholic majesty and Damn this Kiely. 👍

Just Brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He was great in Sharpe's Eagle.

He was good

Last seen in Argentina running a Cattle Ranch.

Patriot Games!

His Duke of Wellington doesn't appear in any India scenes in Sharpe's Challenge, though, only in London at the beginning (where he meets Sharpe in Apsley House). No? So why did Hugh have to film in India?

He will always be Capt. Hastings.
