this is a great basic lesson for starting out on the bass. I'm more advanced but it's great to not forget the basics. I'm sharing this thanks Mark 😊

Although i'm no stranger to 12-bar blues, this lesson really upped my comfort playing variations. Thanks Mark. You've got a teaching gift.

Even when your lessons are about things that I'm already doing, they help me understand them better so I can have better of control of my playing. Thanks for the lesson, looking forward to the next video.

To parrot all of the other comments, I can’t believe these lessons are free. For an older guy on a fixed income, these are a godsend! Thank you so much for taking the time to develop and post these great lessons. Please keep them coming. Thank you Mark!

Great lesson Mark. That "Ritz Cracker" reference was perfect for those who get it.

I really appreciate your style of teaching. I have played bass for a long time but I always learn from you, Believe it or not one of the biggest things is that I can actually here your bass clearly. So often bass teachers bass sounds are so quiete you can't even here them!
