Gail here from Australia ! I have been trying for so long to get some Ciara original version before reformulation. I have spent a fortune on eBay purchasing what was described as vintage, only to be very disappointed on arrival as it most certainly was not. If you don’t reach for your Ciara, please please please sell it to me 🤣🙏🙏🙏

Revlon Charlie Blue and Dana Tabu are my least worn scents in my collection. I only wear them in cold weather and have to be in a specific mood to wear them. I totally understand what you mean about Ciara being best in colder weather, I feel the same for really any fragrance that's spicy - in my case Tabu. For Charlie Blue I hate how it smells in the heat it becomes so disgusting but on a cold rainy day it's absolutely heavenly. Recently I also haven't been wearing Elizabeth Arden Blue Grass as much as I used to. I also wasn't wearing Rochas Femme and Elizabeth Taylor Passion that much until recently, I've been forcing myself to wear them more often!

Hi Luke! You’re inspiring me to get out some of my treasures that for whatever reason I just don’t reach for enough. Safari immediately comes to mind, and this is the perfect time of year for it. And I totally understand why you savor that Laura Biagiotti, a drop or two at a time is all we need to enjoy a beautiful but hard to find perfume without draining the bottle too quickly. And I would LOVE to see a video about how you curate your collection, that would be amazing!!! Wonderful video as always, I just love everything you do! ❤❤

A video about curating a collection sounds great! 😃 It’s good to surround yourself w/ the things you love, and let go of the things you don’t. Drop d’Issey, and Soleil Blanc are leaving my small collection and going to good homes.

I have Laura Biagiotti Roma Uomo and love it. One side note about it is that the atomizer is supurb, giving the finest consistent mist. Love your channel!

Less worn doesn’t mean less loved — some scents are simply reserved for more specific occasions.
In fact, it might even mean you love those less-worn ones a little more than the ones you reach for often.❤😉

Ciara’s challenging as you say. It's a bit off-the-charts really. I wear fragrances for myself and always at home when not going out but even then I find it a bit much though I’d never be rid of it and love the nostalgia of it – it takes me back to the early 70s.
Jill Sander’s Sun had a bit of a weirdness about it to my nose over and above the overwhelming plastic vibe it had for weeks after opening, though it seems to have settled now – I need to wear it.
Though I love Tocade it has an odd lemon detergent-like vibe I’ve not been able to get over.
All my bottles are years old (Sun is about 5 months). My vintage fragrances of course don’t get much wear as with your Venezia as there’s no guarantee of finding replacements for them at a decent price so I just use these occasionally. Thanks again for the video.

I used to have Venezia when it was first launched years ago. I loved it's smoky tobacco notes. Nothing else smelled like it and hadn't since.

Just got back from my mum's (she has no WiFi, it's like stepping back to the 90s 😂) so I'm catching up.

I have a few with memories i dont want to think about and ive reached a point of wanting to declutter them finally, I'm feeling positive about that.

I think for me, something strong is a challenge to wear a lot. I don't want something people smell from 5m away for work.

Another reason I dont wear certain perfumes is because of changing tastes e.g. I seem to have got very sensitive to cashmeran of late.

Maceration is such a confusing concept for me. On one hand, it seems that some time and a bit of oxygen can help a scent perform better. On the other hand, I’ve always been told that oxygen ruins perfume. It still feels like a mystery 😵‍💫
