Mabuna fishing is an essential part of Edomae fishing. Mabuna is not the official Japanese name, but is used as a general term for fish such as kinbuna and ginbuna. It takes place in the Sawara Suigo area, which straddles Chiba and Ibaraki. Mabuna fishing can be divided into spring Nokkomi Mabuna, autumn fishing for large numbers, and winter fishing for cold-weather crucian carp. This time, we'll be fishing for Nokkomi Mabuna in the spring. At this time of year, catching a fish over 100cm is not a dream, so will you be able to catch one with a Japanese fishing rod?!
