Hernando, FL. I am a habitual “wrapper with tinfoil “ for the last 30 years or so. I’m 80 years old, have been smoking ribs for close to 60 years now that I learned from my dad. For some reason I started wrapping ribs and lost that “special” flavor I grew up with and can’t get it back . I’m convinced, now, that it is due to wrapping. Thank you for the guidance and your videos, I’m working my way through them!
