I was invited to be a judge for the dishes prepared by the restaurants in the flower market, the one next to Corabatos. There we found several restaurants with surprisingly good traditional dishes.
I didn't know that the flower market was the main distributor of fish and seafood in the city. I also didn't imagine there were so many good restaurants.
On this adventure, I was accompanied by @MalejaBestial and @soycamiloarevalo.

Un ganador indiscutible el restaurante Rudy con la mazamorra "¡Ah, Sumerce!" y la tremenda deconstrucción, súper wow, que orgullo ver a una mujer que ya estudió gastronomía y que viene con las raíces y costumbres de la mamá un patrimonio cultural, tremendo el proyecto de restaurante que piensan abrir, totalmente otro nivel 👏 Gracias por compartir tan valiosa experiencia que no conocíamos.
