It’s been a while since I posted a dashcam video.
This time, I took a drive to the famous Takihata Dam in anticipation of the fall foliage season 🚙
Before I knew it, I found myself on an increasingly rugged mountain road… I later learned that it was Prefectural Route 61, notorious as the scariest mountain road in Osaka Prefecture.
Apparently, because of its danger, it’s also known as “Rotten Road 61”…
With the fall foliage season approaching, I imagine many people will be visiting Takihata Dam, so I hope this video makes you aware that a dangerous road lurks nearby.

ところで、サムネには険道、動画内では酷道と表現してるけど、一般的に険道は県道、酷道は国道、それぞれとんでもない道を表現する言葉で使われている。
今回の道路は府道なのだからどっちもしっくり来ないですね。
和歌山に入った所からは険道でいいでしょうけど…。
途中、ランナーさんがいたけど独りであんな場所怖くないんかなぁ・・ 参考になりました。 おおきにありがとう！
バイクで滝畑ダムに行った時、調子に乗ってずんずんと蔵王峠に。
その先まで走りました。おんなじコースです。
途中はバイクでも対向でクルマが来たら嫌だなぁと思いながら
走っていました。
MacBookPro14インチの画面で見ていたのですが、途中、ドキドキしながら観てました・・・😅💦
草の洗車機⁉みたいな箇所もあり、見応えありましたぁ・・・❗
人が突然現れると、ドキッとする反面、安心感もありますねぇ、あのような道では・・・。
夜通ると、ドキッとどころか、怖くなったりもしそうですが・・・😅💦
一度、プロジェクターで観てみたいと思っていますっ❗😊✨
自分が今まで走ってきた中で、結構好きな道は、大阪の柏原側から登る生駒山までの道でした。
途中の坂道の傾斜が・・・😅💦(今となっては、よく知られている場所やと思いますが・・・）
滝畑湖畔観光の手前側の駐車場のところは、昔釣り堀だったのでよく利用していましたね。
秋の紅葉の時期のお勧めは和歌山のかつらぎ町の『丹生酒殿神社』さんの大銀杏が見事ですね。
お昼ご飯には九度山町の『そば処 幸村庵』店さんのお蕎麦がお勧めですね。
帰り掛けにちょっと寄り道してかつらぎ町の『丹生比売神社』さんもお勧めの観光スポットですね。
こちらは10月を除く毎月16日に『ご神犬公開日』もありますよ。
