Game: Plays Zelda's Lullaby

Me: "It's enough to make a grown man cry, and that's okay."

Mipha: "I know... that we'll meet again, dear brother."
Sidon's hesitation after that broke me. Mipha will keep on living with litle Sidon from that timeline, true, but the grown-up one will go back to the timeline where she's dead ..... :c

I love how the sheikah text above everyone’s heads is translated to jumbled up letters but when it appears above Zeldas head it translates directly to Zelda. Just a little feature I love about that cutscene.

Zelda: crying over terrakos corpse
Link who killed terrako: yeah that really sucks :/

The way Sidon hesitated when Mipha said they would meet again hit me right in the heart, HARD. Oh my god.

King Rhoam: no.1 dad of Hyrule.
Takes away his daughter's means of coping through their mother's death.
It's simply impressive.

It’s confirmed: the master sword is just a butter knife and the calamity is the butter

It physically hurt me having to destroy Terrako. You can imagine how I hurried to finish all the missions to rebuild him immediately after beating the game lol

Link: blocks a giant chunk of castle debris with his shield

Breath Of The Wild: combines the first three timelines into one.
Age of Calamity: creates two new timelines.
Me: damnit Nintendo!

I like the little detail where Terrako was about to wake up when he saw Link until Impa got in the way of his view.

It goes to show that even though Terrako was made for Zelda, Link and him are still Bros.

God, Sidon's hesitation when Mipha says she and him will meet again. It has me in tears. He has to leave the one timeline he knows his sister is alive and well just to return to one where Mipha is dead. Gone. Murdered by Waterblight Ganon.
