He was praised as the son who dragged his family from a sinking car. Days later, police would uncover a plan far darker than anyone imagined.
This gripping case follows Stephen Seddon’s transformation from local “hero” to cold-blooded parricide. Step inside the staged Bridgewater Canal crash, the sawn-off shotgun murders in Sale, and the meticulous alibi built on a job centre visit, a borrowed BMW, and a phone left at home. Forensics question the impossible recoil, a missing cartridge case, and why a supposed murder-suicide didn’t add up. Old-school sleuthing cracks a crucial clue on a passing bus’s CCTV, ANPR pins a covert drive, and a GP’s warning becomes a chilling echo of what was to come.
Watch to see how detectives pulled every thread until the façade collapsed, revealing greed, manipulation, and a plan that almost worked. Don’t miss the pivotal moments that turn a “miracle rescue” into a double-murder investigation.
Watch now to uncover the full story.
