Fun fact, Pinwheel is a literal joke boss. He's based on a style of Japanese comedy called nininbaori, "two people in a haori," and in Japanese Pinwheel is "San'ninbaori", "three people in a haori." Tragic backstory of failed ressurections for his dead family aside, he's entirely a gag character.

35:43 one guy invaded, greeted me, and gave me 99 humanities, made my playthrough 10/10 would recommend Uber souls

Only recently found out youre homies with DottoDoya. Thats so cool! Love to randomly find out two content creators i love watching are cool like that

I remember my friend got jealous because on my very first playthrough of DS1, the first black knight dropped his black knight sword. My friend had killed all of them in the game and never got the sword until the end of the game when you can farm the respawning black knights. That sword started my love for strength builds and doing big bonks in every souls game.

Singer is Emi Evans and she’s alive still

1:01:53 I'll skip to Dark Souls 3 and say Patches. He made a genuine friend in the end.

You should totally do more reactions to the Act Man, I specifically recommend his videos on Dead Space, Bioshock, Left 4 Dead and Halo. They are wildly entertaining !

Best part of Dark Souls 2 was being invaded by a dude named Santa Clause and then just bowing to me before dropping a Black Knight Halberd +5 and dipping out

10/10

Fun fact capra demons are affected by alluring skulls including the boss. Equip hidden body and throw the skull into a wall and the dogs are sddenly not much of an issue.

When I was going through DS2, there was like no one playing. I almost never got invaded or summoned ever unless it was a hacker. During my iron king dlc, I got invaded by a guy who bowed before dueling, and we fought, and I lost. He invaded me 2 more times in the iron king dlc, and each time we would bow, fight, and I would lose. he invaded me when I was outside of the fume knight gate, and I did the point emote at the gate, and he bowed, and then left my world. 2 days laters I was going through the ivory king dlc, and I got invaded, it was the same guy, we both did the traditional "spam raise your shield to eachother" motion. he dropped an item, and it was 99 of the highest tier life gem. we bowed to eachother. fought. and that time I won. I found a better connection to that random guy than in a lot of the games 've played.

Patches has his happy ending

The thing is that the Hubworld for DS3 IS connected backwards to the Castle. People have shown it's possible with some unique (glitched) jumping you can get to the room behind Oceiros the Consumed King.

The People who had happy Endings in each Souls Game:
DS1: Solaire provided you killed the bug that would kill him and you summon him for Gwyn.
DS2: The Emerald Herald gets what she wanted, you kill Nyshandra no matter what ending you do.
DS3: No matter what you do, Ludleth gets a happy ending by being able to do his duty one last time (and free him from the pain he suffers from) and provided you do her story to completion, The Painting Woman will always be happy to paint a new. dark and happy place
BloodBorne: The Blood Minister who injects you at the start of the game. Regardless of the actions you take once you're in the Dream, he's done his job and off to do it again.
Sekiro: While not the best, most endings for Emma are decent.
Elden Ring: Aurelia, the Spirit Jellyfish Roderika gives you. You don't need to finish her questline, simply having her will let her eventually see the stars, which was what she had always wanted. Reuniting her with Aureliette only makes the two of them happier.
Night Reign: Uh... You when you use Revenant with a Bonk Stick or any sort. Win or lose, you did the funny meme.

You have a great laugh, just makes me a bit happier when you laugh because it's infectious, lol.

Capra Demon taught me stamina management, and that there was no harm in cheesing the fight cuz the boss arena is clearly designed to allow you to kite the dogs up some stairs to the side.

BioShock is just System Shock 2 on one of those baby leashes.

20:20 when one falls we continue

17:10 Sometimes twice

Ds1 was my first souls game ever 9 years ago. Mom died of lung cancer that week and on a random mall trip my stepbrother bought it for me, long story short.

Words cant express the thank you i owe him, and i wanna frame it one day if i can ever put the physical copy of it down long enough, or even preserve it forever in resin/amber

I used to not like dark souls and when I found her stream, Berry used to only play souls. Watching her I was like "ok she is so entertaining, it doesn't even matter that I don't like this game". Stuck around, no regrets. I ended up actually changing my mind, I just didn't give the game a chance really. As someone who cares a lot about game design Fromsoft work in general is very very inspiring

Love watching reactions to Act Man's videos! His humours up my street and most of his takes have good arguments, so I absolutely would recommend watching some of his other videos. One of my favourites is his "Are Video Game Characters TOO SEXY?!" video lol
