Here is the description:
Most men think prostate health is about one thing: PSA numbers. But the research tells a different story.
In this video, I walk you through what the evidence actually shows about body composition, exercise, and prostate cancer risk — including something most men and many doctors never discuss: that structured exercise may change biological markers even in men who already have a prostate cancer diagnosis.
We cover:
Why obesity — specifically visceral fat — is linked to worse prostate cancer outcomes and higher risk of recurrence after treatment
Why vigorous physical activity is associated with lower risk of advanced and lethal prostate cancer
What the ERASE randomized clinical trial found when men with prostate cancer on active surveillance exercised instead of just waiting
The five evidence-based changes that may make your body less hospitable to dangerous prostate disease
This is not biohacking. This is not supplement advice. This is peer-reviewed data from prospective cohort studies and a randomized clinical trial — explained clearly so you can act on it.

For most men, the best place to start is not extreme: walk more, build and protect muscle, reduce visceral fat, and keep your PSA follow-up on track.
And remember: exercise does not replace PSA testing, MRI, or your doctor’s advice — but it may be one of the most important things you can do for the body your prostate lives in.
