well yeah of course jack jack went back in time and became gamma jack, dont you remember? You Was There Too.

Something interesting is that in Jack-Jack Attack, when Kari is babysitting Jack-Jack, Jack-Jack’s laser eyes are thin and purple, whereas in the Incredibles 2, his laser eyes are now the iconic green beams. This means that there was an active decision to change his laser beams to match that of Gamma Jack’s in the LEGO games.

It's amazing how this one character with little no plot importance brought The Incredibles Fandom back to life

I refuse to believe that Jack Jack gets killed by Syndrome.

The "lucky to be in your presence" dialogue comparison towards the end genuinely made my jaw drop

Fun fact: Jack-Jack is named after two people important to Mr Incredible. His mentor Nimble Jack, and his friend Gamma Jack.

When you were going into what turned Jack-Jack into the cold-blooded Gamma Jack, I thought you were going to introduce an alternate timeline where Syndrome successfully kidnapped him and raised him as his own. However, Edna turning him into a super-supremacist creep by accident is plausible, funny, and frightening all at the same time.

But guys you was there too🗣

If this theory ends up true, I think it could be possible for Gamma Jack to not have died against the Syndrome bots, but instead somehow having gained back his ability to time travel in a desperate situation, making him presumably dead.

The Edna connection is genuinely really clever. She's literally a trusted family friend, so Robert and Helen have literally no reason to be opposed to Edna caring for Jack-Jack, especially when she's helped them manage his various powers. So even if she only babysitted him for a while, it's plausible to assume she would grow to become Jack-Jack's sort of "auntie" figure who continues to feed him super supremacy. In fact, what if maybe, as Gamma Jack years later, he grows up to take this stuff further than she did, becoming a full blown Homelander type. And like, that too could explain why he decided to go back in time, cuz what if he did something awful and homelandery in the future and decided to escape consequences by going back to "the good old days" in which his dad was the world's greatest super and Edna Mode was "designing for gods"?

At this point, Alex feels much more satisfying to watch than Film Theory. I think it’s become a quality over quantity thing.

he wasn't defeated. he went back to the future.

he didn't need to have lost his time powers, he could simply be a time traveling super hero with a preference to that time period, and escaped using time travel

Im so glad there’s been like a boom of people making deep dives on Incredibles lore lately

BTW Jack-Jack’s name is a reference to his powers like Violet or Dash, he’s a Jack of all Trades

Someone's cuteness as a baby doesn't correlate to their charisma as an adult, so that point doesn't have any basis in reality

11:37 what if Jack Jack isn’t gamma jack but Edna is trying to turn him into gamma jack with the same morals…..

This theory has convinced me jack jack either turned sour in the future and escaped to the past to have a good relationship with his family again or something bad happened to them and he wanted more time with them and ultimately used syndrome to fake his death, get rid of the close monitoring and chose whatever he wanted next

so this is what ive learned: jack jack is flipping homelander

the new incredibles 3 is confirmed to be about teaching children about superheroes and that not all superheroes are good holy shit
