Tobey was as old in NWH as Willem Dafoe was during the original.
Willem Dafoe agreed to return if he got to do the majority of his own stunts.

50:00 absolutely kills me- the fact that Peter can never have his grief acknowledged by another person because as far as the world is concerned, May Parker had no nephew.

Andrew's Spidey redeeming himself by saving MJ always destroys me. You just know he went through that tragedy over and over in his head thinking what he could have done different that would've prevented Gwen's death, and he got to use that knowledge here.

The Daredevil cameo is INSANE- also fun fact (because I NEVER got the joke until now) Matt is "a very good lawyer" for catching the brick, because he was DEFENDING HIS CLIENT

So everybody in this universe doesn't know who Peter Parker is, but The Avengers and the superheroes all know Spider-Man they just don't know that Spider-Man is Peter Parker now. They still have their history together in this world.

Tobey: Oldest Brother, has the most experience and is the wisest
Andrew: Middle Child, has depression and still coming to terms with his life
Tom: Youngest Brother, still progressing and has a long way to go...

Trust me, we do not want Ned learning magic...

In the comics Ned Leeds becomes the original Hobgoblin, whose abilities are magic-based.

Fun fact: J.K. Simmons had enjoyed playing J. Jonah Jameson in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, and admitted to being heartbroken that he wouldn't be able to revisit the character in a fourth movie. Naturally, when Marvel approached him to reprise his role in Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019)'s stinger and this film, he jumped at the chance. Simmons also expressed excitement in adapting Jameson to the modern-day era, describing him more as a media blowhard than a newspaper editor. To make up for the fact that his character was now bald, Simmons insisted on keeping Jameson's cigar and mustache for this film, due to wanting to have some aspects from his portrayal in Sam Raimi's trilogy to carry over in the MCU.

39:03 "Kiss!"
Fun fact: there is a blooper where Garfield just hugs Maguire sensually instead of the back crack.

41:13 "I love you guys"
Fun fact 2: Garfield tried to sneak in "I love you" for every take, making Holland crack up. This was the only take where they didn't break character.

The experience at watching this in the theater was phenomenal. The earth shook and I almost went deaf from all the hyped screaming.

8:30 The thing to remember in this movie is that it was MONTHS between when the start of the movie happens and when everything starts to kick off surrounding colleges and stuff, because peter already, with the help of Matt, got past his legal troubles, and even if the case was dismissed it would have taken MONTHS.

Fun fact: in spider-man across the spider-verse Miguel says “don’t even get me started on Dr. Strange and that little nerd back on earth-19999” which is a reference to this movie and Dr. Strange and the multiverse of madness.

The reason Peter had to make his own fabric suit was that the Stark tech didn't know who Peter was. It wouldn't recognize the person in the suit and would not work for him. And if there were any pictures of Peter, his face would conveniently be covered by something, as seen in Deadpool and Wolverine on Happy's desk, the picture of Tony and Peter had Peter's face covered

38:21 Ain't nothing scarier than a "Quiet" Spider-Man. If your committing a crime and he shows up not talking. Get ready to get packed up.

MJ forgot who Peter was, but in the final scene there when Peter goes to tell her everything but chooses not to, she’s still wearing the necklace he gave her in far from home. The broke glass black dahlia necklace.
And the way marvel is with their interactions and tiny detail call backs there’s no way something like that is an accident that she’s still wearing it.

Imagine how short of a movie this would’ve been if Dr. Stange had just made everyone forget about Mysterio and everything he said instead. 😅

Let's be honest, Strange could've just told Peter that he could modify the spell to make certain people remember and then just make a list to modify it. Peter doesn't know how magic works so there is no reasonable reason for him to know the consequences

Fun fact: This movie got an extended version called "The More Fun Stuff" version, that has an end credit scene that kind of elaborates on the consequences of Strange's spell.

The whole movie could've literally just been them on the statue of liberty talking and I would have been satisfied.

If I'm not mistaken, William Dafoe said he'd only come back to this movie if he did his stunts/battles himself, so Goblin fighting in the apartment was all him. The guy is amazing!
