Christmas light season is back, and here's how we run Christmas lights and window cleaning at the same time.

Every winter at MiNT, we run two businesses at the same time: Christmas lights and window cleaning. In this video we show you both, side by side.

We break down how the two operations run together, how our marketing team promotes both services at once, and why we can't let window cleaning slip just because lights are in season.

If you're wondering how to add Christmas lights to your window cleaning business, or you already offer them and want to keep both running smoothly, this is exactly how we do it.

Hey Gatlin, i recently built a system on my website for self booking quote form. Instead of me personally having to call the leads and sometimes not having the best speed to lead. I was wondering what were your thoughts on that and also for my ads, should I send people directly to the form on my website or more to the home page to qualify them more before the booking?

There also is friction in the form to make sure the quotes are worth our time.

Absolutely love all your content btw and admire your work!

Love your videos bro. Very inspiring surprised your channel issnt that big yet its really good content. Got 1 question for you is the carpet cleaning company yours aswell. Light you own the window cleaning, do the lighting and the carpet things, or does that other guy kinda be the ceo of mint while youre working on citrus. Would love to know how all that works if you dont mind.

Hey Gatlin, I have a quick question for you. We have an issue right now where some of our quarterly window cleaning clients will have it where they get the first visit discount and the second visit they either say "the visits are too frequent lets switch to bi-yearly" or just reschedule in general. What can we do to set proper expectations so this wont happen? (financially we usually take payment at the job after we finish)
