I lost my husband of 50 years 3 weeks ago today. It seems the more time that passes the worse I feel. I miss him so much it hurts.

I lost my beautiful wife of 33 years, 3 weeks ago. It has been very rough especially the mornings. I spent time with my sister and niece which helped, but I am home now and it is very painful. We didn't have children, but always had each other. I feel so lost without her. I talk to family and friends everyday, but I miss her so much. I appreciate your video which helps. Thank you.

Lost my beloved Oct 30th 2025.. - It was suddenly,, I found him on the floor,, gone.. - I am devastated, crushed, totally overwhelmed by sadness/ grief.. - Never got to say goodbye..

I am going through the grief of knowing im going to lose my soul mate anytime within the next six months..i totally feel what you have explained..i never thought id come across such a profound gentle understanding talk from such a lovely lady. I lost my husband of almost 50 years in 2016, my son in 2019, had liver cancer in 2021. I’m still hurting and the longer I live the worse I feel. My children live a long ways away.
I’ve been told to lean on God which Inhave, But there’s still the empty house, the silence, the loneliness. The only ones that call or text are my children. I have a bus ministry in our church so I visit my bus families but I still go home to the empty quiet house. My pastor says to remember all the good times we had but that only makes me mss him more.

My partner was diagnosed with cancer and died 6 day's later, that was 3 years ago and I don't know how to live without her it's unbearable

My wife of 41 years died 3 months ago after a 3 1/2 year battle with cancer. She was planning to retire next year. We had all sorts of plans, now I have nothing.

I’m on my husbands account here and felt I had to write , I lost him in march this year 2026 , he passed away with mesothelioma , my goodness what a horrible( disease. Six months down the line I feel more alone than ever, some people feel as though they can’t be friends anymore ( they don’t know what to say to you about grief) so they drift away not intentionally I might add. I spent 37 wonderful yrs with him with ups and downs but we always got through it, I miss him more every single day. To everyone out there that has lost a loved one ( spouse) my heart goes out to you. Sending love and 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻to you all

Here's the thing - we don't lose them, they're not gone. My husband is right here with me still - I hear and feel him. It's been 3 years and he's still here, I'm still married to him. We badly need to change our culture's narrative that they're gone. The surest cure for grief is to understand that our loved ones thru the veil are still walking beside us.

Thank you for this video. Lost my husband in May 2025. This video says it all. I miss him immensely. we were 55 years together. The silence around as well as his absence is painful.
Trying to cope listening to videos and support from family and friends are also helping. A day at a time for me is the new normal in my life. The nights and early mornings are painful. My children have to cope also with the loss of their father as well run their homes and families. Thank you so much every little blessing, support and love counts at this time of my life. Thank you.

I lost my beloved husband suddenly a little over 2 months ago. The grieving is devastating, traumatic and full of sadness each moment.. everyday. We had a beautiful marriage, a beautiful daughter that will be starting college. He was everything to us. Waking up everyday is full of sorrow now. We cry all the time.
