I coached HS tennis for 18 years.  I was blessed to only have 2 out of control parents and one undermining parent during that time period. My teams finished with a total of 200-64 in record, plus set the highest winning percentage by a HS coach in public schools in Broward County, Florida.  12 district and regional titles, and trips to the state tournament from 1988-2002.  I was blessed to have players who followed my way of conditioning and playing, and we had fun in the process. I have to laugh when I think of the first parent who threatened me.  He later became my friend and doubles partner in the Country Club League.  He and his family remain my friends to this day.

Crossing the Line 2002. When former college basketball star Laura Mosbach moves to a small town to assist legendary coach Tommy Holliday with his high school championship girls' basketball team, all is not what it seems.

This is a good movie on priorities, integrity, and how to destroy the spirit and strengthen the spirit of a person

This town didn't need trophies. It needed Sportsmanship, which it received.

"Rule number one? Have fun!" Then winning takes care of itself. I've had three players go pro in Europe (as I coach in The Netherlands). Nice movie!

I can go back to, "Fear Strikes Out," my Little League experiences, "The Bad News Bears," and other youth sports movies - and I can't recall a scene that stunned me more than Adrian Pasdar's character punching the referee in this movie.

Part of it has to do with Pasdar usually playing low-key, self-controlled characters. Part of it is that they showed a parent so incensed that he goes onto the field of play to do violence. Part of it is knowing that this kind of behavior has actually occurred.

Beautiful story depicting good moral values - worth the time 😊

Pretty good movie, showing how many parents act at games. They need a rule, parent keep their mouths shut, or not able to attend

"When HONESTY, DIGNITY, RESPECT, & INTEGRITY Is What TRANSCENDS The GAME...."

Great Movie! 👍✌️

Lots of learning curve here. Good story with lits if moral values.

Great movie....and yeppp...this does occur in high-schools...forever sure...
