I like the live commentary format. Its a good way to give live feedback on how the board feels in specific terrain. Especially with some of the clips where your riding didn't go as expected, which is relatable to real life situations we all find ourselves in.

I like format and style - kept me listening instead of forwarding through marketing and specs 🤣🤣🤣

Stranda tree surfer is the ultimate Japan board. We went last year and I was surfing trees like nobody's business.

Torstein Horgmo pro model! Really love it!!! A snowboard shaped by the mind of Torstein! Love the board, love the guy !

I hyped ur video the format was very pleasing . Loved it.

Keen to see this! I would love an overall review on this board as its on my short list for a new daily driver

I dig the format. Cool video and very informative.

Did a 4 week boarding japow trip last winter. Resort board was lib retro ripper and I’m glad I had a swallow. Curious to try matriarch. But honestly for japow the best board is one designed for it imo. I have tried gentems, but I demoed an Offshore snowshapes board on a deep day at Kiroro and it’s the best board I ever rode. Ordered one to be custom made for this season

Love the format homie

Hey TJ, so impressed by this style of review. I was expecting specs, board talk with 1 or 2 clips max. Love how you spoke over each clip individually in detail. Much more captivating and in depth this way. Haven’t seen this style of board review before, very creative dude. I’m thinking about the matriarch and you might have just pushed me over the edge to purchase it now. Still unsure about this or the Jones Howler which i also like the look of. Anyway, this video is the only point of reference I’ll need on this board now. Thanks again.

Format is really cool. <3

Thanks for this video - it's exactly the detail I was hoping for when I commented in your recent Japan trip vid. Appreciate it bro!

Edit: I'm leaning towards sizing down to the 155 and offset to tail from center reference based on your feedback in the Rusutsu section.

Hey TJ, for one this was truly a dope concept to do this type of video. I also was thinking bout this : would you do a comparison with the Mega Death and the Matriarch in a pow day? Also I know you were using the Ultras, but would you do a side by side test with the Neo Bindings as well? I am sold on the Neo and was wondering what your take after you do a review on them?

👍👍

Those graphics are sweet as. Hey yak did you ride the xyz from gentem yet?

Отличный формат! Такой обзор гораздо полезнее👍

TJ, how would you compare it to the Mega Death or Mega Merc? I own both and appreciate them for All Mtn as well as pow. Wondering if I should get the Matriarch..

nice

Bra, nice!

How would you compare it to the merc in trees… I feel like the merc makes ya work a little for those more techy runs….
