They practiced to debut together. They were together in a company and one day the CEO talked to them and said that they only wanted Mino, but Mino said no if PO wouldnt stay with him, so they left together.

And actually, Mino was going to debut in Block B with PO, but what I read is that their parents said no and he debuted in another group that was unsuccessful (B.o.M)
In Block B's show Match Up, both groups met in an event and all cried, but PO cried like a baby because their dream was to debut together...
