The UK has decided not to introduce national prostate cancer screening and while the anger about that decision is completely understandable, the science behind it is more nuanced than the headlines suggest. In this video I walk through why PSA testing is more complicated than it sounds, what other countries are actually doing, and why good medicine sometimes means resisting the emotionally compelling answer.
