Thank you for having me. Was a fun day!

The lobster place closed down 😢

Oh wow that ramen looks insane! ❤

what a incredible video! i was really shocked to see that this channel only had 755 subscribers (well now 756, including me), the videos are really high quality! i visit melbourne central maybe every 2-3 months with my brother for some fun, and we both absolutely love yappari steak. try that if you ever go back to melbourne central.

good video, really enjoyed it!

Great video Min! Really enjoying your content!

Looks so good I wanna try everything 🤤

Wagyu samdwich and skewers 😮🤤

Will have to try Unabara, always walk past but am scared off by the prices. Would also recommend Chilli India in MC, their roti is actually one of the best I've had in Melbs.

Itakakimas (I know that is not how you spell it) means Lets eat.

Another one where the studio dubbing kills the vibe, man. Look at the difference: Matt sounds live, he sounds like he’s actually in Melbourne Central experiencing the chaos. It’s raw, it’s 'Good Vibes,' and it’s real.

Then your voice-over cuts in and it sounds like a pre-recorded TV commercial. It’s too polished. Even when you’re doing the 'Sando' bit, it feels forced because we can tell you’re in a booth, not at the table. You’ve got Matt right there giving you the perfect 'live' energy, why hide behind a studio mic? We want to hear the actual street noise and the real-time reactions, not the 'brochure' version. Keep the mic open on the street next time and ditch the post-editing booth. Let it be messy, that’s where the connection is!
