They didn't make a mistake, they made judgements and assumptions based solely on appearances and their prejudices

You have owned the club they are trying to exclude you from for much longer than they have been members

They treated you with extreme disrespect and disdain

They didn't know because they never bothered to ask any questions about your life.  They never bothered to take even the slightest interest in you

Just shows exactly how little actual interest they took in you and your life and career and how little they actually knew about you

Champagne on the house: have a drink you’re paying for yourself!

They absolutely are trying to be cruel

It's absolutely appalling that your family uninvited you from Christmas Eve dinner just because they don't think you are successful enough

Not everyone feels the need to flaunt their wealth

The mockery and condescension are nauseating

It's absolutely personal

So now that they know how successful you are suddenly you are worthy of being called family?

Emma’s family are the biggest narcissists around. Rather than embracing family, they have to flaunt their wealth and status by diminishing one of their own in front of other individuals! I wouldn’t even give them a referral for Applebees! At the very least, they deserve gift certificates to Jack n the Box!

I love this story. A teaching moment as well.👏🏾♥️🌹

If your family was just planning on turning you away and publicly humiliating you why did they bother to invite you in the first place?

Family members only?  Since when are children not family members?

Your family's behavior is reprehensible

Another waste of time story.. 15 minutes way too long... Repeating same questions... Circling the sane issue again again..

Much a do about nothing !!

Not everyone feels the need to flaunt their wealth
