I've never seen this serial, and randomly YouTube algorithm recommended it. The storytelling, direction, and acting is so skilful and wholesome. Multiple points of view and feels genuine. I miss this sophistication on Indian television.

Today is 17 Jully 2025 I love back Golden era of these serials and that era was simple no tension. All we children waiting to see these types of serials on Doordarshan  in that era and other serials were Ye jo hai zindagi, Wagle ki Duniya, Spiderman  etc

Father was kind, mature and loving. He does not pressure his daughter but let her take decision with logical thinking. He knows this daughter well that she has no compromise for comfort like Kashi even after marriage she will not happy without money! So, he saved both his boyfriend and daughter from sufferings after marriage.

Soulful music by Jagjit Sing. Direction, dialigues great. Acting by Om Puri and Rita Bhaduri Superb. Good to hear Om Puri's voice.

Though I was born in 60's, brought B&W TV in 1979 for my Mom it was EMI RS.120/- monthly for 14 months. Missed this serial in D.D. may be it was not telicast in Hyderabad city. Miss those wonderful memories, my mom's excellent cuisines & Dad's beating. Never will come back from those old days.
