Imo shrinking violet is an S tier insta because of a few things:
1. It's plant food. Shrinking the whole lawn is very powerful makes it 2 times easier to kill the zombies on it (literally)
2. It's one of the best counters to gargs. It also kills the imp on their backs.
3. It's 3x3 radius. If you can use it in the right place, you basically kill 9 tiles of zombies.

13:08 I needed to watch this 2 times to realize that the garg didn't throw the sun

I don't get it why Buzz Button is just terrible, sure once we've reach like a certain level plant, it became versatile, although I find myself rather use different plant like imp pear, rather than just tickles the zombie

3:17 the hypnotize Garg missed

Gumnut deserves S tier. It’s basically turns every zombie in an aoe into a tall nut and counters every special zombie.

Also maybe an honorable mention to Guacodile! He's technically a semi-insta since if a zombie tries to eat it, it turns into a small lawnmower. One of my fav plants cause of its' mechanic!

3:35 Me: "waiting for potato Mine to arm ⏰"

I can hear that calamity music during the impear section. Wish it was a little louder tbh. Also I feel like imitater would be an instant plant, as it has an instant effect when placed instead of waiting for a zombie to get close.

14:35 Theory: the primal potato mines slowly evolved to be weaker since they killed all the strong zombies

Rhubarbarian needs to be even higher cause you forgot it ignores zombie levels, so doesnt matter if it's a mech with 999999999 health still gets 1 shotted which is especially useful in arena and pennys, also did they srsly need to make it stun every zombie in adjacent lanes every single time it jumps? 🤔 In your semi video you ranked thyme warp 2nd but given its longest cooldown in the game and rhubarb having only a mid-cooldown it really speaks for itself.

A little thing with Sun Bean is that you can actually have a zombie eat multiple Sun Beans to "stack" Sun Bean, because each Sun Bean on a zombie produces sun independently, and it's a way to bypass the upper limit of how much a Sun Beaned zombie can produce- 300 sun at level 1. It's a great way to gain more value out of a single zombie, and that's how I was able to cheese Dark Ages - Day 14 and other "produce X sun" levels.

8:49 THIS HAD ME DYING🤣🤣🤣

You forgot to mention that chili bean also stuns the zombies in the same lane, behind.

Instead of using Primal Potato Mine with Impear, I'd recommend Shringking Violet. This will turn the zombies into imps and then shrink them into oblivion.
