Excellent book! I remember interacting with Pagans 50 years ago and I also noticed that many were homosexuals. As soon as they got drunk, they would start wrestling each other in the ground
Great book and an amazing story of his experience, must take nerves of steel. There's a few things that don't seem quite 'right' to my thinking though. For example, the safe. He says he had a giant safe at his undercover house where he kept his badge, gun, notes, etc. He says he used the excuse that it belonged to the house owners and he has tried to open it but couldn't. I would have thought that at least one of the members would have said "I know someone who can open that" or "lets try some dynamite" or something??? Surely they would have definitely wanted to get it open?? I mean I'm not even a criminal, let alone an MC member and I know I would definitely want to get it open....
This was an awesome listen and got through the whole audio narration. Hogman was one disgusting dude with the blood fetish and I gagged at some of the descriptions he did 🤢
It seems to me that most of the lawlessness involved other biker gangs and people who bought drugs. The general public doesn’t seem to be too involved, or only indirectly. If the Pagans want to drop homemade bombs from overpasses onto passing Hells’ Angels why should we spend taxpayer money investigating that. Obviously we don’t want general lawlessness in society, but that won’t stop with a few undercover operations. Those are life changes that people need to make.
