This just shows how a backstreet shop can cast, machine, balance ,polish a decent size ships prop. Well done !

:hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving:Watching a ship propeller of this size being turned from a huge piece of metal into a precision component is seriously impressive. People see a propeller on a ship and rarely think about how much work is hidden behind it — casting, machining, constant measurements, shaping the blades, finishing the surfaces and making sure such a massive rotating part is manufactured accurately.

We work with heavy trucks and engines at RAZBORGRUZ, so large-scale mechanical work is especially interesting to us. But marine engineering is another level entirely. The size of the equipment, the weight of the parts and the amount of material being removed during machining are incredible. One small mistake at this scale would be a very expensive one.

I would really like to visit a factory or shipyard like this someday and film the whole process ourselves. Even better — I’d love to see how a damaged propeller this size is repaired and restored, or take part in rebuilding one of the huge marine diesel engines that turns it. That would be a dream project for our channel.

Huge respect to the people who can manufacture components of this scale with such precision. Fantastic process to watch from beginning to end! Greetings from RAZBORGRUZ in Russia! 🇷🇺⚙🚢

That was very impressive!

What could these men achieve if they were given just a small cart or even an old truck?!

Basically they have no machines , no power tools , no balanse machines but skills and knowledge how by hand  the job could be properly done. AMAZING.

Эти люди очень трудолибивые, они делают сложную работу, при этом имея минимум инструментов и технологий. Очень рад что есть такие люди)

Great job guys...incredible!!
