Last time a made a mom mean and hates children she ended up just being a good mom with a wholesome family dynamic. Idk what I did wrong 😂

The health potion child sims can make fills the hunger need. They are incredibly useful. Whenever I have a child sim in my household I make them brew them like they're on a Breaking Bad.

I was expecting the orphans to start singing It's a Hard Knock Life.

Miss trunchbull was an Olympian so it makes sense that Dawn love sports lmao

That's hilarious! In Whiny's videos, where she's running businesses, she didn't give the customers a public bathroom. They were urinating everywhere, and Whiny would complain about it. Now, she gave a public bathroom but forgot the door. How could you not love Whiny Brit? Major LOL!

Your best is scouts. There's a skill bonus and a scholarship available if the kid decides to go to uni.

I just love the way Karla instantly flips from supportive, encouraging comments to telling her Sims to stop pissing about and calling them idiots, then back to support again. She is clearly from the school of "tough love". 😁

I have the foster care mod and I did something similar to this. Not an orphanage but I had an old man who hated children Foster a child. He first got a boy and then he sent him back cuz he's sexist lol And then he finally got my Sim who's a girl. One of her former caretakers moved in with them because she didn't trust the dad. I made her get life insurance cuz my dude was legit crazy and I had extreme violence and enabled. Long story short he wound up unaliving her former caregiver, he slapped his daughter and I had her run away as a teenager with the life insurance money 😂. Ironically she and the The boy her dad fostered before he sent him back became really good friends and she even introduced him to his wife

It actually would make sense for Whiny to give this orphanage money once in a while. Real orphanages are usually funded by the government or charity organizations. So, finding for orphanages usually keeps coming in on a regular basis. Unless something major happens, this is just a game, so it wouldn't hurt the story. LOL.

I would like to make it known this character does NOT represent all Dawn's

The go-karting accident made me laugh until I cried

I love this!

I’ve also literally just realised that Miss Trunchbull hates kids with a vengeance, yet spent at least 4 years getting a teaching degree, then spent long enough actually teaching kids in order to gain enough experience to become a principal, then spent however long as principal…

What…? Lmfao! 😂😂😂😂😂

I keep meaning to try to write up a challenge about building an orphanage/foster home. The basics of the idea at the moment are:
- You start with a young adult couple who can't have children naturally.
- No science babies
- Normal starting money (or possibly starting with 40k if you merge two single households)
- The goal is to build a house that is perfect for children to grow and develop, so there'd be points for having a pool, a swing, the toddler play equipment, splash pads...
- The other way you'd score is by raising children that you adopt, and have to move them out with 20k when they become young adults, scoring points for completed aspirations, levels in skills, scholarships for Uni etc
The final score would be decided when the couple have passed away

I'm actually interested in playing this story line myself now! Im thinking of making them famous or something.

Simmers forget that orange juice can be used as a home remedy for a cold, no medicine needed!

if you wanna go back to the victorian times again, could always play as a kid in a work house or foundling hospital (fun builds i did inspired by ur victorian video that set me off on a whole victorian world makeover)
