Against 2...a6 I prefer to delay d3, so I can go d2-d4 in one go, works wonders against strong players (lower elo don't play a6). There is line with Re1-Nd5 which is very fire
Against 2...g6 I was afraid of that gambit, when Black just castles ignoring the tension on c6, but after this vid I'll take a deeper look. I play 3.Bc4!? a trappy line, as 3...Bg7 is inaccurate on account of 4.h4 h5 5.Qf3 e6 6.d4! cxd4 7.Nb5 d6? 8.Qa3! It should look familiar :D
Against 2...e6 I used to play d4-Qd3, but even when I got good positions I would mess them up, cuz i didnt get them. At some point I switched to open Sicilian, where I tried g3 against e6-sicilians, so now I just transpose with 3.Nge2!, so against 3...a6 there is the g3 option.
Against 2...d6 we play the same:D, btw against the e6-d5 line you aren't forced to castle long, if you want to surprise Black back, there is some line with a3-Bd3-Nf3-O-O
And against 2...Nc6 I respond to 3...Nd4 with 4.Bc4, I find those positions much easier to play, I have really struggled in 4.Nf3 a6 lines
Thanks for the great vid! Rn I'm experiementing with the English (it's too good I can't lie), but when I'll be playing e4, I'll give your lines against 2...g6 and 2...e6 a shot again!
