Add a more soulful, bluesy edge to your guitar playing with Danny Dela Cruz. In this video, Danny will show you how to spice up the minor box and make your licks sing.

He takes five tips, incorporates one tip into the next and then uses some of the examples to jam over one of the new tracks in Just Jam: Temperature Check Vol.2, which is out now at JTC Guitar.

“I love jamming along to tracks that aren’t necessarily straight up hard rock. I always find it allows me to be more creative with my lines and my phrasing. These ten tracks, which offer a mix of pop, funk and fusion, will bring out the musical side of your playing, where you’re focusing on the melody and the chord changes.” – Danny Dela Cruz
