Movie title : Ride with the Devil (1999) - An excellent film about the Civil War, where, ironically, Tobey Maguire (Spider-Man) loses his home—and now there's "No Way Home". So be sure to check out my other video on the topic of the system, loss of housing, which also features Andrew Garfield (Spider-Man) as the main character, “99 Homes.” - https://youtu.be/6NVmIGjfnoI

The Bushwhackers had family members killed, and were out for revenge. This is what revenge looks like.

This is one of my absolute favorite movies. I saw it in theaters to get extra credit and I wonder how many more times I've watched it since.

It was the town of Lawrence they attacked, not Kansas city.

John Carter, before discovering multidimensional travel 😆, was searching for an extraterrestrial pendant. Also, Jonathan Meyers trimmed his long hair and joined John Travolta in Paris. Mark also Join force so that he can show himself and Toby was bitten by a spider and became spiderman oh before that he was looking for the great getsby

Is this the directors cut? It has scenes that aren’t in the theatrical cut. They seem to be extra scenes. Like at the Clark farm you never see the son or get the exposition from Ms Clark.

That wasn’t Black John that was Quantrill. And it was Lawrence not KC.

I do find it historically important to correct that quantrill's raid occurred in Lawrence Ks and not Kansas City. Not that surrounding towns don't have pertinent stories of their own with quantrill's army, but that scene and the most significant of the destruction occured in Lawrence. Which is a beautiful town btw. Met and married my husband there 22 years ago. 😊
