This is a side dish but I know I wouldn’t be able to resist adding cubed ham and cooked rice for a meal casserole.

Hi, I cooked this for Thanksgiving dinner and received 9 compliments out of 10 guests. Always at least one shy person in the crowd. Thank you for sharing all your cooking talents with us u-tubers.

I have been making this casserole for over 40 years. The only thing I do different, is I grate the onion. This is so delicious with both Turkey and Ham.

Love broccoli casserole. I made one last Thanksgiving and dropped it going to the car. When I got home i was completely gone. Something enjoyed it.

cream of celery soup is a good choice! so very seldom do Cooks use it and it's an excellent addition to any kind of casserole. I even use it as a thickening agent in my soups
