What does fascia have to do with rebounding, mobility, pain relief, lymphatic flow, and how your body feels as you age?
In this bellicon Talk, Fayth sits down with @DreenaBurton, founder of Fascia Flo, to talk about the powerful connection between fascia health and movement. Dreena explains why fascia is so much more than connective tissue, how it supports structure, proprioception, lymphatic function, and overall wellness, and why rebounding on a bellicon can be such a supportive way to move your body.
Together, Fayth and Dreena discuss:
• What fascia is and why it matters
• How fascia changes with age, perimenopause, and menopause
• Why many women 40+ may need to rethink intense workouts and long cardio sessions
• How rebounding supports lymphatic flow and gentle movement variety
• Why short rebounder workouts can still be effective
• The difference between spring rebounders and bungee rebounders
• How fascia-focused movement can support mobility, pain relief, and body awareness
• Why movement should feel energizing, not draining
Dreena also shares how she personally uses her bellicon for short, supportive sessions, including gentle bouncing, sprint intervals, and lymphatic drainage work.

My body can’t do what it did in my 20s and 30s, nor do I want to do those things anymore! I think people are going to regret this lifting heavy advice from “experts."
Ten minutes here and there is perfect. I hop on my Bellicon and do some sprints or lymphatic bouncing, and I also use resistance bands, which are easier on my joints than dumbbells or kettlebells.
Just be kind to your body. 😊
