*Also, I noticed an error recently regarding Moebius P. In this video I said she was Agnian because of her American accent on multiple occasions, but she actually possesses a Kevesi Iris. This is conflicting, since there are no American accents in Xenoblade 1. I think this does give me a good opportunity to discuss pre-war Aionios, though.
We see multiple of the Moebius appear old. This could be due to either them being old when they become Moebius (which means that they are either Unassimilated or are of the same nature as a person from the City, or it could be that all Moebius do age very very slowly over time. Perhaps N and M's special getups help prevent them from getting old in this way like other Moebius, it could also serve as an explanation for why they never assume higher forms, it's a waste of energy that could go to staying alive longer.
To explain how Moebius P has an American accent, we have to look at the time the 'Siblings' portrait was painted. It was stated by Segiri that relics from that time threaten the way of life in modern Aionios, meaning that they had culture and family before the Keves-Agnus war. Most likely that culture and family came from people who were Unassimilated having families in Aionios, since there is no reason to believe that anyone in Origin would have started being reborn yet (since there's no war to fight). My theory for Moebius P, and the other Kevesi Moebius with American accents, that they do actually have Blade ancestry, though they were first born inside Aionios during the pre-war time period. This would mean that there was a time period before the war where people from both worlds were interbreeding, giving us a solid explanation for why there would be someone with a Kevesi Iris showing an Agnian (or Blade) trait.
Ultimately, because I do think that Moebius P has a core crystal even in my explanation here, I think that the point I made in the video stands. However, I felt it was necessary to give this additional context to explain that contradiction anyways.
Thanks for watching!
