I would LOVE this car! I have wanted one of these since I was about 7 years of age - and thats over 50 years ago! I was a passenger as a child in loads of these, as my Dad was in the motor trade! But wow - this one is nice!

Honestly bidding on a bangers and cash restoration car has got to be a guaranteed winner for any punter..

I was fortunate that in 1976, I spotted one very similar to this for sale on Croydon High Street. The dealer wanted £450 for a mint example. One of the strangest cars I ever owned but I really liked it. Cost me a fortune to keep running though.

In my opinion, if it was my car, and I sure wish it was, I’d put a dark blue vinyl roof to match the splendid blue paint. Just saying.

19k. I think about 2020. Here we are July 2026. MOT Ran out June 2025. I hope it's in store or some such. Would be a shame if scrapped only 6 or so years later. Nice car.

Where do you get new body panels for a 1954 Ferguson tractor?

Jay Leno has an enormous collection of classic cars and bikes. He rates this as one of the best cars made. It looks gorgeous and has technology that frightens people who hate it.
