Absolutely brilliant. Gripped from start to finish.

Respect to you, fella, for turning your life away from drugs and  crime and living to tell your truth. I am from Brixton. we have passed each other many times.

Always love a Quincey interview 👌

Amazing story.  Need to finish your book and hopefully a movie about your story. Powerful.

A fantastic interview, had me hooked from the first minute.

I rate Quincy 100%, I could really relate to him and felt it in my soul re the lack of his other parent in his life and his unprotected upbringing which lead to him rebelling - look what an intelligent, compassionate and loving human being he became 💎❤💪🏾🙏🏾

Great interview this Terry. Richard was the IBO and Commonwealth champ, fantastic fighter.

Just finished this. Brilliant

Grew up around this brother being from Brixton myself, Coldharbor lane and Brixton on a whole was no joke pre 2005

Great podcast! What a brilliant life story. Good luck to quincey he has achieved so much already!  just goes to show how much someone can change their life for the better.

This was such a good listen. Would love a book and a movie of Qs story

I remember Quincey from Dick Sheppard then Stockwell park secondary schools. Glad to see him doing good and to hear his story.

Great interview Sir, thank you...fantastic to see someone be so open about their life, with no agenda, just how it was...different times eh? :) Also, normally an interviewer just has a set of questions he wants to ask, but you actually listen to what their saying, ask questions on the fly and actually just have a conversation with them, which is so refreshing. You're a busy man, but i have a few questions about the film making industry if you have time. If you can't be assed answering them, all good, you don't know me from Adam :) But if you have time or the inclination I'd love to ask them. Also, thanks for bringing so many interesting, fucked up characters to the screen and our pleasure via your films. Sure there's many to come. My best to you.

I was gripped.Great interview.
