Everybody Else: actually trying to survive

Happy New Year, M’Lord
May the tungsten rod finally be finished this year so you can use it as soon as possible

10:10 to anyone interested about the lore of this thing:
Kletka is in universe of Samosbor/Gigakhrushchevka. Basically there's this infinite soviet-era apartment block that people live inside of. There's no windows anywhere because there's no outside to see since it stretches on forever, people live by scavenging supplies from parts of the block that nobody lives in (food supplies, spare parts etc).
But there's also this event that happens every now and then called Samosbor (which is just a name, supposedly when directly translated it means "self-harvest"). The Samosbor is basically this purple fog that appears out of nowhere accompanied by the smell of raw meat. Nobody knows what happens to people caught in it because nobody is left to tell the tale and the only way to save yourself from it is finding a shelter, which can be apartments sealed by those massive bulkhead doors or even just apartments that had their doorframe lined with asbestos. Samosbor is a completely random occurence, when it happens it can last anywhere between couple of hours to even couple of years and then it can be gone for either months on end to barely an hour too. People living there found a way to detect incoming Samosbor and installed those alarms that warn about it, but they are also extremely unreliable and when they start blaring out Samosbor can arrive either within 5 seconds to a full week or longer from that point on.

At least that's my basic understanding of it. It was created on their equivalent of 4chan (I think?) as a collection of short stories and memes centered around this theme of infinite block of flats, basically being another thing coming from Russian attunement of despair and misery.

They don't respect, they don't commit, to the hobo-loot goblin grind

MY LORD I JUST HEARD THE NEWS, FAR FAR WEST PLAYTEST 2 IS OUT TOMORROW.

Fun fact: you can survive Samosbor and keep looting a floor if you seal yourself in one of the bulkhead rooms with the vault doors.

"Any word on when the gamersupps launch" "I can check in with them" immediately get a notification they're ready to ship

well uh, very prompt checking...

This video continues to show me that Jay will leave his friends to die at the slightest personal inconvenience.

I'm excited for another Vintage Playthrough!

Ah yes the samosbor universe. I do love this one.

I can say for certain that I adore this game. It gives me lethal company vibes, but I think that's kind of obvious, but I love the fact that they're also boss fights.
