I’m building a brand-new city in Pokopia: New Skylands.

In this first episode, I begin transforming the empty landscape into the city’s main hub. We plan the layout, establish fountain plaza, appoint our mayor and build the PokeCenter as city hub.

If you enjoyed this, you are in luck! This is only the beginning. New Skylands will eventually become a huge, fully developed city with multiple districts, detailed streets, unique buildings, and plenty of hidden spaces to explore.

obviously your builds are fantastic, but i also just want to shout out the camera angles and b-roll you include in these videos, especially the little moments of pokemon walking in different areas, or specific shots of the build from a new angle. they clearly take extra work to set up, but really add to the overall story of the build and build process that you convey through the video and the enjoyment of actually watching. super excited to see how the city continues to develop!!

I'm floored by your builds. I really like how you allow yourself to change/be a little spontaneous in changing things you like. As much as I like building things, I get overwhelmed by all the possibilities and end up making little to no progress. This helps me think through future builds and teaches me new things like YOU CAN ADD GREENERY TO WALLS, HELLO?! Can't wait to see the rest of New Skylands!

for me, skylands is the worst land second to rocky ridges, it's so overwhelming and overstimulating for me personally. I did a region lock challenge with it and managed to only work on the first pokemon center island and got it all up to level 8 by itself but working on the rest of the islands is sooooo daunting, this is gonna be quite a refreshing video to watch for inspiration :)

Would love to see a water tutorial. The ponds aren't my main problem the ocean was. Took me half a day to get the water to level out where I put the abandoned powerplant in The Den (Pallet Town)

The center piece is exactly what I need. I put the altars down in pallet town together and this would be perfect for the center of them. Awesome video and build.
