The fact that I enjoyed all these villains makes Hanna Barbera the best studio for making villains. Even more than the Muppets ranking.

also i love that james gunn made scrappy the villain is sheerly out is hatred, gunn hated scrappy and made him the villain just out of spite. Which i find hilarious

Also as for lickboot wanting to save Robyn, he realized that if she's not in their custody, then they do t get her father's money (something brought up in the movie prior to the reward posters).

Hanna Barbera first made a name for themselves with full animation and limited dialogue Tom & Jerry then made a business out of dialogue heavy limited animation for television

A small shout-out to Christine Figg for one of the darkest moments of the film.

She ambushes Robyn at the riverside lodge. Robyn bursts in calling for her dad, and Figg simply says "Daddy... is dead..."

Scott McNeil does a good job voicing intimidating villains like the masked man

Judging from this list, Hanna Barbera films really like using the “evil businessman” as their villains.

Finally! Someone who thinks Scrappy is peak villainy.

Man, all that because scrappy couldn’t handle the bruise to his ego

Seeing Thomas Gibson in anything outside of Criminal Minds and Dharma & Greg, especially as a Flinstones villain, will never not surprise me

Bro, the Masked Mastermind was going to FLATTEN AN ENTIRE TOWN because some kids told him to stop robbing banks. He's unhinged, sadistic, brilliant, dangerous, and I love it.

Yeah Squawk is alive. He noticed Robin’s picture on the milk carton before the Captain did, plus, a movie with a talking cat and mouse helping a girl, a sentient parrot puppet isn’t too far-fetched

Should have counted The Banana Splits from their horror movie, as they did have a body count, and had kids watch a guy be pulled apart in front of them.

Darin De Paul’s vocal performance as Mr Big is also excellent. Paul totally understood the route of the character, and his gruff voice makes Big all the more scarier.

11:38 I’m just happy to see them together again

Fun Fact The Masked Figure Is Voiced By Silverbolt & Tahu Nuva Himself Scott McNeil

FUN FACT: Iwao Takamoto, one of Hanna-Barbera’s top tier animators and artists, worked at Disney. So, could this explain the Chizzling Bros. being Jasper & Horace wannabes or is it really just an act of coincidence?

Number 19: Deja-vu

18 seems to be the magic number for you Jam. Because this has to be the fourth list with that number of villains.
