You know our criminal justice system failed when he gets let go after his 6th DUI charge.

@holofish 1 day ago

All suspects are considered innocent until the prosecutor drops all the charges.

I wonder if the Judicial system would be so quick to dismiss if their relatives were killed by drunk drivers.

@TheLg37 1 day ago

So, when he drives drunk again & kills somebody, the loved ones of the victim(s) need to go to that prosecutor’s office and demand answers. All charges dismissed is an utter disgrace!

@NanC-9 1 day ago

@markstahlhut6079 2 days ago

Time for a new prosecutor...

@misszangz499 2 days ago (edited)

WTF what an absolute disgrace of a “prosecutor” dropping ALL chargers even when he tried to strangle someone?! Clearly corruption happening in crappy New Mexico…

@rustyclayton9260 2 days ago

6 DUI OFFENCES! THIS GUY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP FOR LIFE!

@carrielewis5349 2 days ago

WTF!!!!!! Dropped all charges. Are you kidding!

@Gruss-z3t 1 day ago

So disgusting they dropped all charges. These judges and prosecutors need to start being held liable for the choices they make.

Hit and Run, Fleeing from a traffic stop, refusing step out of the trailer ...but Antonio was cooperative in his mind.

"Is this normal for him?"

"No."

6th DUI

Ma'am, you are in denial.

@sandraegan4277 2 days ago

Someone needs to investigate the prosecutor and judges when these things happen. No justice increases likelihood of reoccurrence and doesn’t support officers. It also sends a loud message to victims!!!!!

@lyndamac1058 1 day ago

Wait what!!! charges dropped? Nice work Prosecutor you lazy POS. No wonder Officers are fed up, they can't even get the backing of the judical system. The prosecutor needs to be investigated.

6th DWI. Felony fleeing. Assault on a peace officer. A known domestic abuser. Tried to strangle the transporting officer.
All charges dismissed and bond refunded.
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM

@funisoptional 1 day ago

He had to have given someone of something up to get off. I refuse to believe they would just drop charges on this.

@xSylveRSpydeRx 2 days ago

Wtf all charges dismissed? 6th dui? Reimbursed bond? Wtf, use the proper tool!

@LisaSmithLS 1 day ago

If I lived in that community I'd want to know why they let a 6th DUI be dismissed and even gave him his money back. I wouldn't feel safe driving in that city.
