Success is not just about what we build, but how we build it.” Integrity, humility, discipline and giving back, there are so many valuable lessons in this conversation. Proud to see the AMG Realtors Foundation and the libraries being part of that bigger purpose. Great conversation, Andrew and Dr. Kingori 👏👏👏

This guys mindset is everyone should struggle when starting

king'ori is always on top of his game

This man is a friend to my friend who is a pastor and a realtor. Once they made a deal and my pastor got his cut.  The next day he went shopping for a prado and just as in the nick of  time Mr AMG called to enquire something from him only to realise the guy was flexing for a car...akamwambia na isikuwe ni tule tupesa umeendea gari natwo😅😅. My guy got ashamed, cancelled the plan and bought some acres in Nanyuki which he proceeded to subdivide and sell. Anyhow AMG has good project in juja farm. The transformation on tje neighbourhood there is superb

I saw Andrew Muthee and I knew it was going to be good vibes

Good vibes. Away from the main topic, the one thing I have noticed about such people is their generosity and zeal to empower the less privileged

Thanks for bringing him again

Watching for the third time just pure good vibes

This guy is really wise. I think everyone should read Ego Is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday.

Kingori asking the right question on our behalf.

Great insights

23:40 that's known as the spotlight effect in psychology

My take home
1) beware of egocentric bias effects of your startup
2) it's not what you do but how you do it that matters...find a niche and focus on it consistently, wapishi wengi huaribu mchuzi
3) living with integrity is a true flex

AMG in itttttt🙌🏾🙌🏾 very informative ❤️

hii nayo Dr kingori imekua topnotch,,  nuggets tumezipata kabisa  nemekua attentive  the whole time big up,, i wished hainge isha

King'ori hapo Kwa killing ego I could disagree. You can't kill ego you tame it

Good vibezzzzzz!!!

In as much as this is sound advice, I struggle in agreeing with his mindset. Yes, indeed tame the ego but having listened to Juliani the other day, I'd rather go with his.
I'm honestly taking a few select nuggets from this conversation.

There is a lot in life that, no matter the theories, you cannot control. There are also things that people do to get to where they are but will never tell us. So there is no one strategy to succeed. A lot plays a part in the process that most successful people can't even tell us, but have to create a story to seem smart. Keep doing what you do, and things will change along the way. Who would have thought Mat Armstrong would have been who he is today if he had never started his YouTube channel and showcased what he loved doing?

Always here early to learn.
