Salman is literally the reason bodybuilding became mainstream in Bollywood and in India.

Salman Khan literally started body building revolution in India

I started at 39, year 1998, no Internet,  no qualified trainers. So I started studying,  continuing that till date. @68, training intense,5x a week,  lean, muscular, 15% BF. Next May going to celebrate my 3 decades of lifting.

Bro I'm 47 and still I'm with good physics. Naturally it is possible to make good physics. But you have to focus on your diet & workout. Whereas I started workout at the age of 40.

Aaj ke log 60 tak pahunch jaye woh bhi bhaut badi baat hogi

One of the better videos I have watched lately.

I’m still building muscle after 33
