This guy is like the miniature A-team!  I love this truck but I’m not good enough to see it done right, great video! What a transformation.

Hey mate, Aussie Bob here!
Great job on the truck and the video mate, very informative and entertaining 👌

Have a C64 myself, along with many other old MN and WPL 1/16 & 1/18 Models.

Those same portals were the very first thing that I did to my truck as well, for all the same reasons.

Only issue was getting that damn steering link to work with the limited parts I had on hand, but all good now!

All the best from Australia 🦘🇦🇺👍

That's how i want my c24 to be. I love it

Did you change the motor and the transfer case?

Hey friend,,why does it look like the front and rear axles are turning opposite from each other when you put the driveshafts on?...I watched that part 4. Times

You should use MN portal axles they have ball bearings but WPL portals have bushings

Hello, did you have to change out the links or shocks to make the portals work? Or did you use stock ones?

Tire and rim saiz

Orange wheelset link plese, thankss

what would be the max weight You would put in wheels  on this RC? (Enough to get more traction but not too Much to break the trans or axles!!

Hey bro real quick, in this video, so far all you’ve done was change the axle portals and the links, right? Are you still using the stock remote controller?

I recently did the portal swap and it was a bit of a challenge . I had to change the rotation of the front portal axle and getting the steering geometry right was tedious . That said it’s a crawling beast now .

What tire size is that?

I actually had the portal axles and the metal gearbox 370 motor. I just took the portals off cause I feel it get just enough slow crawl and still be able to move to the next line quickly like with just that motor than with both😂
With both, man it was a turtle for sure

Hi, what my problem is the rear spins the correct way but the front go's in reverse, do i have to reverse the fronts pinion to the opposite side of the case. Thanks

Hello bro. What size of tires?

was that the plastic-housing version?

Is that with the 280 motor? And did you have to reverse the polarity?

Those portals work really good in my opinion. The ones I got are all metal gear with bearings. The way I have mine setup makes it run almost like a brushless setup. You should check it out some time. 🤙🫡 Wpl c24 hitting the hard lines.
