Craig Jones calling the shots a year ahead of their time.

It is not just disappointing to hear that a famous coach has been accused of something this ugly. It is also disappointing to recognise the pattern within our BJJ/Martial Arts community. Of realising that once again, a man trusted to guide young people is now being accused of abusing the power that trust gave him.

you forgot to say that he became the youngest WC but lost his title cause PEDs

This is absolutely deplorable man. Supposed to stand for discipline, honor, and respect and this guy is none of those…. Feel bad for his son… Sins of a father!!

@gordonfrimann246 4 months ago

Mica definitely not the only one from that team that willingly took steroids

Absolutely no discipline nor lane of work is exempt of predators and abusers.

If anything they'll seek position of authority and perception of role models to shield themselves from accountability.
What we cand do, it's put solid safeguards, prevention through information and learn from victims.
As more times than not, abusers are very prévisible even boring in their patterns of predation.

The reason most ppl start bjj or martial arts is because they're bullied and want to to learn how to defend yourself. To then get abused at the bjj school by an instructor is atrocious. The good thing about this is that our academy is putting safety checks to ensure this or anything close to this never happens at our academy.

Looks and sounds like they have proof of his crimes. This is how the system is supposed to work, rather than destroying a person, family, or community based on unsubstantiated claims.

Wait I could have sworn mica was Andre’s son

@SandroSilvaMascote 4 months ago

YES... all that is terrible. BUT the distruction of the Son (MIKA) that apears on 80% of the video makes us relate the criminal with a good kid. this is not fear what you are doing on this video. instead of focussing on the images of the criminal you focus are on top of the son that did not commit any crime. this video is so bad to the guy that has his image exposed this way. lost a follower my friend

Seeing how morally weak some bjj coaches are, I can believe how these things happend and nobody those something. And I make the solid claims, then some even go as far as minimizing the issues. Awful.

@NickNate93 4 months ago

I was under the assumption that this guy was always a piece of dirt since yah know he obviously encourages his young athletes to do steroids… but now it’s confirmed tenfold lol.
