Out of all these, the Goron battle is the biggest stretch. Goron resilience extends to even explosions, and lighing up some bombs in the city will kill a few and enrage the rest.

Absolutely loved this video, but it is tickling me thinking about the in-universe explanation on why this video is only speculating and he's not a Yiga in disguise, keep up the great work

Magda will destroy the Yiga if they come close to her flowers, so actually Magda will win

1:25 yeah link could solo the entire kingdom with his eyes closed

Personally, I don't think the Yiga would laugh after teleporting if it was a serious situation where they needed to be stealthy (like a war), but hey, its not my video

Honestly, the Lookout tower is there to keep an eye on the castle and also a central position to coordinate things with all other civilizations. It is not a permanent settlement. They wouldn's outright abandon it, but considering how far it is from any other settlements, it would end up being just a lightly guarded outpost. Such a large population center like Hateno couldn't just be left unguarded.

This is definitely the best video so far!! The animations during the battles were so good, felt like you were actually watching it unfold in real time instead of looking back on it!

Bro casually disappeared for six months to come back and drop this banger

Meanwhile Link is cooking some monster parts trying to make a delicious meal to no avail. 😆

18:24 It's over, Zora. We have the high ground!

Glory to Master Kohga

bro just wrote the Geneva conventions for Hyrule

About the footsoldiers not being very strong, I would like to point out that they are specifically meant for stealth-based tactics.
To add, by what we have seen, travelers (by extention even the Monster Control Crew) struggle to fight even basic Red Bokoblins despite having shields.
So if you can imagine a Gerudo fighting a Blue Bokoblin, then a Yiga footsoldier is probably much worse since they actually have the reflexes to dodge their attacks.

Woo!! New video!! (I will most likely edit this with actual commentary later lol)
(Also, I know everyone's asking this, but how did you get into the hideout??)

Ok, came here directly from the original civil war vid. Commented on it in a bit of depth and am very glad to see a lot of that addressed in this. Very much looking forward to a continuation!

Your map animations are so cool!!! I love that idea!

I wouldn't say the banana-ploy was completely without merit. While the Yiga don't stop midfight to collect bananas, undercover Yiga soldiers will audibly resist the temptation of a banana should Link hold one out to them. They won't drop what they're doing and take to scuttling around, grabbing as many bananas as they can, but it would still break their focus and organization. This could function similarly to the real-life, ancient Battle of Pelusium between Persia and Egypt, where the Persians used cats as a means of psychological warfare against the Egyptians. The Gerudo are too prideful to go through with something like this, but attaching bananas to their armor and shields would go a long way toward crushing Yiga morale

Just a little addition, the yigas will probably take madison hostage to coerce hudson into surrendering akala and tarrey town.

You make a pretty compelling argument for how they might take down some of these settlements.  The Gerudo really ought to patch up that wall... really.  The Yiga's ability to disguise + teleport is pretty OP.

Interesting to see how this scenario could play out differently! Maybe let's not test this hypothetical, though... Instead, I'd love to hear about your trips into the Depths though, from what I've heard they're fascinating!

Also its concerning that you got footage in the Yiga Hideout.. What are you hiding YAH? :_yahNervous:

The yigas are really underestimated, especially in TotK. Not only they are many, but they are well equiped, well informed on the others parties, have infiltrated them. They control the abysses. Right now, Link and Zelda are the only Boes preventing them to take over Hyrule.
